Golden HourFarms - Tulip minis
Thank you again for signing up for minis at Golden Hour Tulips Farm | 128 Jerome St. Berkley, MA.
Please arrive 15-minutes early:
This allows time to park and walk to the check in area. Tell the employees you are here for photography minis with Jennifer Banks Photography.
My recommendations for Wardrobe Guidance:
Think of how you want your outfits to look next to colorful tulips.
I recommend wearing:
A variety of subtle light colored earth tones and neutrals for everyone. Think comfortable, coordinated (not matching) outfits, maybe one (1) subtle floral pattern, one (1) texture (ex: knitted sweater / corduroy). Layer up if chilly and bring rain gear if needed.
Please Avoid matching patterns, matching colors, loud patterns, solid black, bright white, neon colors, company logos, and sports logos.
Footwear:
The ground around the tulips is dirt, not grass.
If the dirt is dry: wear light brown / tan shoes or sandals.
If the dirt is wet be prepared for mud: wear rain boots
Please Avoid bright colored shoes.
Please bring:
A neutral-colored blanket to sit on (only if you're comfortable putting this on dry dirt). If the ground is muddy we will not use the blanket.
Ten (10) U-Pick Tulips:
Each adult is allowed ten (10) U-Pick tulips. This is included in your photography fee. You are welcome to pay for additional tulips as you exit the field.
Please thoroughly read these links on Golden Hour Tulips website and follow their rules:

Weather:
If it's sprinkling or raining lightly, without heavy wind, we will still photograph. You may want to wear rain gear. I'll bring my clear umbrellas. Did you know, flower colors look more vibrant when wet? If the forecast calls for a combination of high winds and rain together, we will reschedule as soon as possible.
Your experience:
Your session experience will be stress-free and fun! Think connection over perfection with no stiff poses. I will guide you every step of the way.
Dogs:
Dogs are not allowed at the Tulip Farm.
Refunds:
There are no refunds, however, if you can not make your appointment I am happy to apply your $200 payment towards any of my other full-session offers. Photo session must be complete before December 31, 2026.
Let’s talk traffic:
Traffic on Route 24 can be heavy and slow on weekdays. Please take this into account so you are not late. If you are running late, unfortunately I can not guarantee your session as 10-minute minis are scheduled back-to-back.
After your session:
Keep an eye on your email. In approximately 3 weeks, ~May 21, 2026, your fully edited, watermarked, high-resolution digital images will be sent to your email address in a secure gallery link. From here you will download your five (5) included images. All watermarks will be removed. You will have the option to purchase additional images and beautiful, high-quality prints from a professional print lab. Clients love the quality of their prints.
I may request a signed Model Release:
A Model Release is me requesting your permission to post your images online for my own self-promotion. This helps other families to see my work. Names are never used.
I am so excited to be your photographer. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
Warmly,
Jennifer
