These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photography services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement
By booking a photography session or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1. To secure a photography session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. The remaining balance is due at least 1 day before the session.
2.2. We accept payments through the methods specified on our website. All prices are subject to change without notice, but the pricing at the time of booking will be honored.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please provide at least 14 days notice. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 90 days.
3.2. In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or photographer illness, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.
4. Copyright and Usage
4.1. All photographs taken by Jennifer Banks Photography are protected by copyright law. The copyright remains with Jennifer Banks Photography.
4.2. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal websites. Commercial use requires prior written consent and may involve additional fees. When sharing images on personal social media accounts please credit www.jenniferbanksphotography.com, tag on IG @jenniferbanks.photography, and tag on Facebook: Jennifer Banks Photography
4.3. Clients are prohibited from editing, altering, or applying filters to the images without explicit permission. Watermarks or logos must not be removed.
5. Model Release
5.1. Jennifer Banks Photography may request the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.
5.2. If you do not wish for your images to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing prior to the session.
6. Liability
6.1. Jennifer Banks Photography will take reasonable care while providing our services, but we are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during the session.
6.2. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the photography session.
7. Privacy
7.1. Any personal information provided to Jennifer Banks Photography will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
